An Open Letter to the Founder Building With Soul

Dear founder,If this is the first time we cross paths, I wanted to introduce myself.You’re likely in the thick of it right now. Building something meaningful. Maybe you’ve grown a team. Maybe revenue’s finally flowing. And yet, somehow, the weight hasn’t lifted. If anything, it's heavier. Everyone looks to you for the answers—because you’re the one who’s supposed to know The Way, always.

I’ve felt that same pressure—trying to be the strategist, the executor, the emotional anchor, and still somehow hold the original spark that started it all. I know what it’s like to look around and realize the business is running… but it’s not being powered by the same soul it once was.That’s why I do this work. And just in case we haven’t met, here’s the story that brought me here:I was born in Havana, Cuba, and immigrated to Miami, Florida. My parents gave up everything to give me a shot at opportunity—and that hunger shaped how I approached life. I earned a business degree from Emory University and began my career in high finance, working in Investment Banking at the Royal Bank of Canada, covering Communications, Media, and Entertainment on Wall Street.But the further I climbed, the more I felt the cost of misalignment. So I left, bought a sailboat, and launched a digital publishing house called ExecutiveGrowth Summaries –helping tens of thousands of professionals master ideas from great books.Then I moved to Bali. Not for the beach—but for the silence...and well, spearfishing and surfing too lol.There, I started helping men reconnect with their wild hearts—guiding them to hear their deeper calling. Many of those men had powerful visions... and naturally, they asked me to help them build them.That’s when it hit me:
A sacred vision without structure gets buried by survival.
